- Describe the job. A category is enough — a suitable machine is identified against the work.
- Set your dates. You choose the period. We do not estimate how long a job will take.
- Tell us about the site. Access, unloading, power and permitted hours.
- Availability is checked. Against what is already out on those dates.
- Rate and terms confirmed. Deposit, fuel basis and transport, in writing.
- Delivery or collection. Then condition handover, hire, return and settlement.
