Most of this range is single-phase. Larger masonry saws may want more, and wet cutting needs a water supply and somewhere for the slurry to go — a site question as much as an equipment one.

What should I check before hiring electrical cutting equipment?
That the site has an adequate supply, that RCD protection is in place — particularly where water is involved — and that extension leads are rated for the machine and the run length.
Voltage drop on a long undersized lead stops machines starting and is regularly blamed on the machine.
Are consumables included with the machine?
Whether blades, discs and other consumables are included, and how they are charged, is confirmed in the quotation. Tell us the material so a suitable one is supplied.
