Power & site
Power and site considerations
Mostly single-phase. Pressure washers need a water supply and somewhere for the run-off to go. Floor scrubbers carry their own water and need somewhere to empty dirty water.
Where cleaning happens in an occupied building, noise and trailing cable matter more than they do on a site — worth mentioning on the enquiry.

What size floor scrubber do I need?
Start with floor area, then check the narrowest access point. Working width determines speed, but a machine that cannot get through the door is no use whatever its width.
