Spares matter more than the badge
A machine that cannot be repaired is a disposable machine. Before buying, ask whether brushes, switches and chucks are available — those are the three parts that fail, and all three are cheap if you can get them.
Service-part availability is confirmed against the model and supplier, which is a deliberate limit on the range: it is better to carry fewer models and have the parts than to sell anything and have none.
